Giving voice to your NHS complaints

The Independent Complaints Advocacy Team (ICAT) is a team of three advocates who provide support and information around raising concerns and complaints about care and treatment received from the NHS services within the Bradford District.

Please browse through the sections to find out more about how we might be able to support you through the complaints process. If you are not wanting an advocate, but just want more information about how to make a complaint, this site should still be useful to you, and you can ring if you have any questions that we might be able to assist you with so that you can pursue the complaint yourself.

We are completely independent of the NHS and provide impartial information, acting under your direction for your wishes.
